Field Crop, is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes high quality, original, rigorous scientific research articles of field crops, as well as innovative research conducted in the field, farm or on the land related to edible agricultural food crops. The research must be based on cropping system, crop physiology, crop genetics and breeding. Topics include (but are not limited to) different aspects like crop management, agronomy, plant pathology, entomology, soil science, vegetable and horticultural science related phenomena. The articles include a research, a review, a case study or an opinion letter and the latest development in field crop research get maximum priority.
Field Crop is published online by the CropSci Publisher, an independent publishing platform in life science based British Columbia of Canada. The CropSci Publisher applies the Creative Commons Attribution License (CCAL) to all works published in this journal. Under the terms of CCAL, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their article and have granted to any third party to reuse, reprint, disseminate and unlimited download, provided the original authors and source are right cited. No permission is required from the authors or the publishers.
Open access publications are not without costs. As a publisher, CropSci Publisher needs to pay platform operation fees to publishing platform operators. These fees are used for server rentals, journal publishing systems, publishing databases, access space, software upgrades, and the daily operation and maintenance of the journal publishing system. Our journal operates on a no-fee basis, and all submissions undergo a peer-review process. We prioritize HTML publication and PDF versions will be available within 30 days after HTML publication.
