Abstract

The general survey and collection of crop germplasm resources is an important measure to protect the endangered and precious germplasm resources. In order to investigate the distribution of crop germplasm resources in Jingning Shezu Autonomous County and collect the endangered resources, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Seed Station of Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Jingning Shezu Autonomous County carried out the general survey and collection of them from 2017 to 2020. In this study, 120 germplasm resources of 56 crops such as rice, bayberry and cabbage were collected from 12 villages in 6 townships. According to the survey, most of the germplasm resources are only planted sporadically in the local areas, and most of them are distributed in remote villages with inconvenient transportation and ethnic minorities. Some excellent germplasm resources in urban and rural areas had been collected. There are obvious changes in germplasm resources, and genetic diversity is gradually losing, so it is urgent to protect. The identification, evaluation, genetic relationship and diversity analysis of the collected germplasm resources can provide new germplasm and technical support for new variety breeding and food security in future.
