Abstract

Wheat is a cereal crop belonging to Triticum of the family of Gramineae with the Latin name as Triticum aestivum L., which is divided into diploid wheat, tetraploid wheat and hexaploid wheat. In recent years, with the rapid development of sequencing technology and functional genomics, the continuous improvement and improvement of genomics research methods, wheat genome research has ushered in a period of rapid development. At present, the fine genomic sequence maps of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum genome AABBDD), Triticum urartu (genome AA), wild emmer (Triticum dicoccoides, genome AABB), and D genome donor Aegilopst auschii (genomic DD) have been Draw is complete. This laid the foundation for functional genomics, comparative genomics and evolutionary genomics research in wheat, and improved the genetic and epigenetic regulation mechanisms of wheat origin, domestication, artificial selection and formation of important agronomic traits at the genome level. The understanding of wheat biology and genomics-assisted breeding accelerates the research and application of wheat.
